LECT is a certification training for excellent (executive) coaches, trainers and facilitators to learn how to share Leadership Embodiment with their clients and small groups (like a management team). Learn to use the LE practices safely and clearly while being noble, awesome and shiny.

The LECT program offers you step-by-step instruction that will allow you to skillfully work with your clients using the LE principles and exercises. It consists of 6 modules over 6 months (Oct 2024 – Mar 2025). The 1st, 3rd and 5th are virtual modules and the 2nd, 4th and 6th are in-person modules. Note: This training does not certify you to lead a Level 1 course. It certifies you to use Leadership Embodiment with your coaching clients.

This European LECT will be taught remotely by Tiphani Palmer and on site by Anouk Brack.

Dates and time

  • The virtual days are most probably only afternoons (CET Amsterdam Time)
  • The in person days are full days with possible arrival evening before and perhaps leaving the next morning.
  • There will be self planned studying of videos, manual, workbook and assignments and client sessions in between the modules

Mod 1 – Virtual – 3 days of 4 hours plus breaks

Oct 11 2024 (Fri) & Nov 7 – 8 2024 (Thu-Fri)

  • 1:00 pm – 3:00 pm (European times) – Review 2h. pre-recorded training content. Suggested review time of pre-recorded content is same day of live session.
  • 3:45 – 4:45 pm – Group pod review meeting
  • 5:00 – 6:00 pm – Live virtual Q&A with Tiphani Palmer and Anouk Brack

Mod 2 – In Person - 3 days

Nov 19-21 2024 (Tue-Thu)

  • 3 days training with local instructor Anouk Brack
  • (4 hrs. per day of instructor training plus 2 hours of self-lead reflect, journal and practice)

Mod 3 – Virtual - 3 days of 4 hours plus breaks

Nov 29 2024 (Fri) & Jan 8 – 9 2025 (Wed-Thu)

  • 1:00 pm – 3:00 pm (European times) – Review 2h. pre-recorded training content. Suggested review time of pre-recorded content is same day of live session.

  • 3 days training with local instructor Anouk Brack
  • (4 hrs. per day of instructor training plus 2 hours of self-lead reflect, journal and practice)

7 – Virtual - Follow up call

Location

In person training sessions will take place at a location in the Netherlands or Belgium.

To answer any questions you may have about the training, we organize two info sessions free of charge where you’re invited to ask any questions.

These will be held online on July 5 17:00 – 18:00 and Tue 3rd Sept 17:00 – 18:00

Training outputs

Particpants will receive

  • Certification as a Leadership Embodiment Coach Associate
  • LE Training manual and supplemental workbook both hardcopies printed and digital
  • LE Associate listing on the LE website
  • A wooden bokken (training sword) if you don’t have one yet
  • Access to LEAPP, the LE Basecamp professional resources portal that includes:
    Sample contracts, SOW’s & logos, Handouts, Agendas

Training will include:

  • Weekly focus point reminder videos from Wendy and Tiphani
  • Sign up opportunities for a private one-on-one coaching session with one of the LE Coach Associates during the training program.

This LECT program receives the following credits from ICF:

Investment

Total costs of the training are 6000,- USD including VAT.

– This excludes costs of travel and lodging during the three in person modules.
– The course fee is non-refundable once the training has started.

We have limited spots available. You can reserve your spot by registering.

Your registration will be assessed. Make sure you have read the documentation about the training and have completed a LE level 1 (Fundamentals) by the time the training starts. A LE level 2 (Intermediate) may also be taken during training.

After acceptance into the program you will be sent further details about payment(s) and venue information so you can book your travel and lodging for the in person modules.
