Jerome ten Noever de Brauw is fascinated by what people are capable of… if only they know how. As a trainer and coach, his expertise lies especially in the art of leadership: leading collaboration, but primarily from personal strength rather than power. With this approach, he guides managers, advisors, professionals, and teams in organizations to increase their positive influence and impact. This makes work and collaboration not only more effective, but also much easier and more enjoyable.
His own leadership experience, combined with 28 years as a trainer and coach in both profit and non-profit organizations, makes him a versatile trainer. Depth, practical precision, and humor characterize his style.

After all the training and coaching, I love just being at home with my wife, Barbara. Enjoying a delicious meal together or preparing a lavish rijsttafel (rice table) for friends. DIY projects, making beautiful things, or doing a bit of gardening gives me peace and inspiration. I also enjoy good conversations with friends or the adventures of my son, Job, who is now a student.
I get my exercise from running and tennis—a beautiful game where I search for the perfect shot and a great opportunity to refine my tactical teamwork in doubles.
