Many leaders know what they stand for—but under pressure, their survival system often takes over. The body tightens, attention narrows, and we shift into reactivity. In that state, it becomes harder to reflect, stay empathic, process information clearly, and access the creativity and innovation we actually need.

This 1-hour webinar gives you a practical introduction to embodied leadership: a body-based approach that helps you recognize, in real time, when you’re pulled into survival mode and shows you how to return to a more grounded, resourced state. Together with embodied leadership researcher Christine Tello-Lorenz and leadership trainer Anouk Brack, you’ll explore a Leadership Embodiment self-assessment and experience a concrete practice you can immediately apply in challenging situations.

The practice you’ll learn is a simple five-second reset for your nervous system, so you can be your best self under pressure—rather than your most reactive one.

This session is for leaders who don’t just want to “know” what good leadership is, but want to feel and embody it—especially when it matters most.

What you’ll take away

By the end of this webinar, you will:

  • See your leadership under pressure more clearly
  • Understand what embodied leadership is and how your internal state shapes your impact on others.
  • Recognize your own patterns when you move from centered to reactive.
  • Have a mirror for your embodied leadership
  • Use a practical self-assessment to explore your current level of leadership embodiment.
  • Gain insight into how your body-based habits support or limit psychological safety, connection, and performance in your team.
  • Own a simple practice you can use the same day
  • Learn and practice an embodiment technique—a five-second reset for your nervous system—that increases body awareness, helps you shift from reactivity to a more resourced response, and supports you to stay centered in key conversations, meetings, and decision moments.
